First the explanation for photos instead of footage:
To put it into the best words that I can: The quality was just terrible due to the lighting (made things too bright for some reason.. I believe it was the light reflecting off of the grass), and I had several plays in which I screwed up and didn't correctly follow the ball carrier. Filming through such a small LCD screen is very hard in terms of accurately following what's happening on the field.. When I said "That's it, I'm done with this game" was when Breathitt Co. broke loose for a touchdown, and by the time I found out he had broken loose and was running towards the endzone, it was just about too late.. It was such a great play, yet I missed it almost entirely.
The way I look at it, photos have their pros and cons:
PROS:
- More accessable to those on dialup
- Easy to view and analyze
- Better quality than the video I take
CONS:
- Takes away from some of the sights and sounds in a game
- Can't judge the performance (obviously) by still images
With that much said, here are the pictures, which are yet again blurry (and thanks again, camera!).
Enjoy!
